1. Service Availability

ColdWare may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the script and any related services at any time, with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, remove, or replace features as needed to maintain the integrity of the product.

2. Data We Collect

When you use ColdWare, we may collect your HWID/GUID, IP address, executor name and version, Roblox user ID and username, session timestamps, and any other technical data generated during execution. This data is used for authentication, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

3. How We Use Data

We never sell, rent, or trade any data collected from our users. Your information is used solely for the purposes outlined in this policy and to operate ColdWare services.

4. Third-Party Providers

If ColdWare uses a key system or other third-party service, those providers may independently collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

5. Account Bans

We are not responsible for any bans or restrictions imposed by Roblox Corporation. We will only address bans that are confirmed to be caused by ColdWare detection on our end. If you are banned and we have no knowledge of our exploit being detected, the ban is not our responsibility.

6. Discord Age Requirement

To join our Discord server, you must be at least 12 years old. Any user below this age will be banned from the server without exception.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

ColdWare does not endorse the use of its scripts. You are solely responsible for your actions when using any ColdWare product. We only provide the tools; how you use them is entirely your choice.

8. Payments, Premium & Scams

We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions or any paid products. Be cautious of scams — only purchase ColdWare products from verified resellers or the original owner. Never trust users or developers claiming to sell ColdWare products unless they are confirmed authorized. Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent ban.

By using ColdWare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our scripts or services.
